Value Hotel Nice ★★

NADA, nada que destacar, sitio sucio, asqueroso, hotel para nunca volver ni para recomendar, nuestra habitación tenía marcas de manos y cabezas en el espejo, literal como si hubieran terminado de estar en un picadero, personal lento, y no cualificado, cuando estábamos realizando el checking, llegó otro huésped, que nos insultó por hablar en español y empezó a maldecirnos y que nos quitáramos para hacer el sus cosas, el recepcionista se quedó callado y no dijo nada, racismo total, y creo que se ejercía la prostitución ahí, nunca vimos personal de limpieza, una de las habitaciones aparte de tener suciedad y moho, olía horrible apestaba, y el olor a humedad era insana. el aire acondicionado no se podía apagar ni bajar, teníamos que sacar la tarjeta, nos enfermamos y tuvimos que ir al hospital, no nos sentíamos seguros ni para dejar nuestras pertenencias ahí. es más la última noche preferimos irnos a dormir a el aeropuerto que quedarnos ahí.

Nada nos gusto, muy caro y pésimo el servicio, la suciedad e insalubridad, el personal la falta de respeto de los otros clientes, creo que deberían retirar este hotel de sus recomendaciones.

There is no fridge. Bathroom is small and flooded with water after using shower (Those points might be standard in singapore…)

The staff were friendly, clean and quiet, cosy hotel.

No stool provided to sit...end up eating on the bed.

It was clean, bedsheets were not stained. There is a bus stop just downstairs. Prices for hotels in Singapore are insane and despite that I would rather spend SGD150/night for some exceptional stay in, say, Japan, it is what it is, not a hotel’s fault. So it was a value for money compared to other hotels in the same price range Two malls with the food options within 15 mins walk.

Small, we had 2 cabin size suitcases and had to juggle them, couldn’t open two at the same time and move around. There was a window in the room, but it was not possible to open it. So no airing is possible

The staff is friendly.

Their mineral water in the room is very hard to open. I have raised a feedback about it and even asked the receptionist to try open for it. It's truth that the cap is very hard to open. Please improvise on this.

The staff are the best and friendly. Very clean.closer to local buses and very quiet. Everyone speaks English. Privacy is maximum.

The room was a little smaller but otherwise my stay was fine. No chair and table in case its a business trip.

La localisation de l'hôtel était bien, avec la proximité de nombreux commerces et d'un marché de nuit. Réception disponible 24h/24h.

Le séjour dans cet établissement me laisse un souvenir amer. En effet je réserve une chambre de 14m2 sur booking et l'établissement m'attribue finalement une chambre qui mesure à peine 10m2. En plus d'être non-conforme à la description le plafond de la sdb de cette première chambre était couvert de trace de moisissure. La réception m'attribue donc une seconde chambre qui elle sentait très fort la cigarette, je descends à nouveau et la réception m'attribue finalement une 3eme chambre sans odeur de cigarette ni moisissure au plafond mais la taille n'est toujours pas conforme. En descendant dîner je le signale au réceptionniste qui m'informe qu'il s'agit de la taille 'standard'. Après une plainte auprès de Booking et une intervention de leur part nous avons finalement obtenu un geste de la part de l'établissement : proposition d'une autre chambre + check-out tardif offert ; à noter toutefois que cette proposition a été faite le 2nd jour de notre séjour mais mise en place uniquement pour notre dernière nuit... décevant ! Nous avons néanmoins était ravis de constater le dernier soir que les chambres décrites et visibles en photo sur Booking existent bien, elles sont peu nombreuses au sein de l'hôtel. Attention à la publicité mensongère, les m2 vendus sont importants dans l'hôtellerie. Enfin nous avons apprécié qu'une solution soit cherchée et que la manager nous présente des excuses pour toutes ces péripéties.

Non mi è piaciuto nulla.

Camera piccolissima senza finestra, non c'era nemmeno lo spazio per aprire le valigie. Non c'era possibilità di fare colazione, bagno microscopico, per farti la doccia bagni tutto compreso il wc.

Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Die MRT ist nicht so nah wie geschrieben.

Absolut am unteren Rand der exorbitanten Hotelpreise in Singapur. objektiv aber immer noch eine ganze Stange Kohle. Mehrere Buslinien direkt vor der Tür. Tägliches Housekeeping.

Zimmer unverschämt klein, kaum Ablagen, kleines Bett, enges Bad, in dem man über der Toilette duscht. Winzige Tiere auf Boden und Wänden. Kein Tresor. So manche Knastzelle ist komfortabler, Zimmer allgemein etwas abgewohnt.

Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und ein Zimmerwechsel war leicht möglich.

Im ersten Zimmer haben wir uns überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt. Das Bad war komplett verschimmelt und hat dadurch sehr extrem gestunken. Das Zimmer hatte den Geruch schon übernommen. Es war außerdem sehr klein, man hatte nicht mal Platz für seine Sachen. In der dritten Nacht haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt. Dieses war etwas besser, aber wohl gefühlt haben wir uns immer noch nicht. Die Lage ist auch nicht besonders gut, man hat einen sehr langen Weg zur MRT Station Novena. Einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der angepriesen wurde, gab leider nicht. Wir fanden den Preis für das Zimmer nicht gerechtfertigt.
